Weddings
The marriage ceremony is a celebration of the uniting of two individuals’ spirit, soul and body. Too often the person who officiates the ceremony is just going through the actions; their heart is not in it. We desire to be very focused in the moment of the wedding, allowing the joy of the uniting to be honored. We want the presence of God to be experienced, not just talked about!"
"One of the songs on our album “Each Breath We Take” is called "Morningstar and Prophet" . The lyrics contain these words:
"There's not a more sacred ceremony, than the love between a woman and a man."
The truth is that whether there are two people present, or a thousand, the sacredness of the moment should be appreciated and celebrated. When we are asked to sing at or to officiate a wedding, we go before God in prayer and direction, asking for guidance and revelation into this couples’ journey in spirit and on Earth.
